As a result, you’ll need to stock up on a lot of brass, so you can cash in on your rainy day fund with a lot of bullets. Well, we’ve got you covered with the best ways to get the material below, so read on to learn where to stock up.
Where to Find Brass in 7 Days to Die
You get brass in 7 Days to Die by smelting items made of the materialĀ in the Forge. Though you can also buy the resource from the trader, smelting brass items is a much more efficient and cost-effective way to obtain the resource. As a result, there are a few crucial items you’ll want if you’re trying to stock up on the resource to make bullet casings.
The first is Radiators, which give you 250 Brass and take 67 seconds to smelt. Second to that, are Brass Candlesticks, which smelt in 40 seconds and give you 150 of the resource. These two items will give you the most Brass of anything you’ll smelt in the forge. The next two crucial items are a Brass Trophy and Doorknob. Both items will take 14 seconds to smelt and yield you 50 Brass in return. Now, you can also smelt a Duke Coin for one Brass, but it’s best you save them to buy other stuff from the trader.
You can stumble across the resource while out looting and scavenging towns and houses, though it’s not that common. That’s why instead we recommend you focus on grabbing these items, which will yield you much more of the resource in return. Not only will this save you time, but money as well.
