The Fiend Fang item in Bloodstained can be used to craft the following items: Almace, Caladbolg, Dies Irae, Florenbeg, and Hell’s Knells. Each of these items will be beneficial to Miriam in a different way. For example, the Florenbeg is a melee weapon while Hell’s Knells will increase damage.

However, if you don’t know where to find the Bloodstained Ritual of the Night Fiend Fang, then all of this information to essentially useless. There are two enemies that drop the Fiend Fang – Marbas and Silver Wolfman.
The Fiend Fang location can be found in the Den of Behomoths since that is where both of these enemies are located. If you’re unsure if you’ve reached the Den of Behomoths, it is accessible after freeing Gebel.
Both of these enemies have a Fiend Fang drop rate of only 8%. This means that you’ll likely need to take on a handful of enemies before you find a Fiend Fang. However, since both enemies are located in the same place, it shouldn’t be hard to find the proper enemies to fight.
