The best operating system cyberware in Cyberpunk 2077 depends largely on how you like to play. Each one offers a specific perk tailored toward reflexes, gunplay, or time dilation. Here’s a list of the most useful operating systems you can find in the game and how to get them.

Arasaka Mk. 4

The Arasaka MK.4 decreases the RAM cost of covert quick hacks by 2 and increases the combat quick hacks by 40% . You will need 35,000 Eurodollars as well as a street creed level of 50 in order to purchase it.

To get it, head to the left side of the City Centre. There you should see a Ripperdoc icon, and you can fast travel directly to it if you like. Once you’ve made your way there, enter the shop and take a look at the operating system cyberware. You should see two legendary cyberware at this Ripperdoc, but the one you want is the Arasaka MK.4.

This high-level cyberware allows V to dilate time by 30% for 18 seconds. During that time, all damage dealt is increased by 15%, critical damage is increased by 35%, and critical chance is increased by 20%. This is one of the best operating systems for players who like to do damage in great bursts. Just remember that the ability has a one-minute cooldown timer.

This Iconic cyberware can be purchased at the Ripperdoc in Wellsprings, where it will cost you 43,750 eddies.
