Cyberpunk 2077 has finally arrived on our systems. After over seven years and multiple delays, the highly-anticipated title from The Witcher 3 developers CD Projekt Red brings with it an incredible city, loveable characters, and technology that’s out of the park. However, the game has also been noted to include a lot of nudity. For some players, nudity is not something they might be comfortable with, and they may want to turn it off. But is there an option to turn off nudity in Cyberpunk 2077?
How to Turn Off Nudity in Cyberpunk 2077
Yes, it is possible to run off nudity in Cyberpunk 2077. To do so, you must simply select ‘Settings’ from the main menu and navigate to the ‘Gameplay’ tab. Scroll all the way down to find an option called ‘Nudity Censor’ and turn it on. As long as that option is turned on, you shouldn’t have to worry about seeing any unwanted genitalia in the game from the main characters.
Though given the sheer scale of Cyberpunk 2077, it is inevitable that you might come across nudity in the form of billboards, graffiti, or posters inside the game. It is unclear as to how much the game actually filters nudity, though. Turning the ‘Nudity Censor’ on also removes any sort of genitalia customization that you can give to your character V, including genitalia size and hair customization.
If you change your mind, you can always tweak your nudity settings and turn the censor off. It is really up to you, so make sure to set it up however you’re comfortable. The decision is all yours!
