In Destiny 2 there are a lot of events for our guardians to face. Especially this weird strange signal event that has been added in the Beyond Light expansion. This event has caused a lot of confusion for Destiny 2 players, with a lot not knowing what they need to do in order to complete this event. Well keep reading as below we have a guide on how to start and complete this event.
How to Complete the Strange Signal Event
To start the Strange Signal event, head to Europa and go to the Asterion Abyss. After you have made it here, go to the edges of the map and look for where there is a crevice. At the edge of the crevice should be something you can interact with. When you have interacted with this you should see that the Vex are responding to a strange signal at the bottom left side of your screen. Locate them.
When you have found them, take out the Valkyrie Venator and another enemy around you. After defeating this Valkyrie Venator you should pick up the strange signal. Now it turns out you’re in the right area but you are above the signal and need to head underground.
You can do this by leaving the area where you defeated the Vex and head towards the new strike on Europa. You should see a cave entrance at some point that you can enter. After entering the cave, you should see some more enemies to deal with as well as a crux on the right-hand side. After defeating the enemies, head over to the crux and interact with it. This should officially start the Strange Signal event.
Now that the event has started, you should see an obstacle course appear in front of you as well as some crystals. You will need to interact with these crystals in order to get some more platforms to jump on. As you progress, enemies will spawn with the main boss in the middle. Defeat it to get the loot. These platforms don’t last though so be ready to shoot another crystal and jump off. If you die you will need to go back to the abyss and get the strange signal again.
