One of the new items that are being introduced in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 is the reliable Grapple Glove. Working just like the web-shooters from previous licensed events in the game, the Grapple Gloves help the player swing from one structure to another with ease. It adds to the multiple modes of transportation that already exist in the current season, like the Ballers, wildlife, Rave Cave’s rollercoaster, and so on. You wouldn’t want to pass up these new gloves for Season 3. Therefore, keep reading onward to see how you get your hands on a Grapple Glove.
Where to Find Grapple Gloves in Fortnite | All Locations
The Grapple Gloves are located throughout the Island in specified metal toolboxes in neon pink. They have a grapple icon painted onto them, so they’re quite distinctive from the other toolboxes we’re already accustomed to. As of now, there are 10 locations for the Grapple Gloves that you can drop down to. You can easily find them by spotting the painted gray arc of debris with music pumping in the background. The locations for a Grapple Gloves are as follows:
- Northeast of Condo Canyon
- East of The Daily Bugle
- Southwest of Greasy Grove
- In between the eastern above right above The Joneses
- Northwest of Logjam Lumberyard
- Rave Cave
- North of Rocky Reels
- East of Shift Shafts
- North of Synapse Station
- East of Tilted Towers

Don’t fret, though. We took a visit to the Island to pinpoint each location since they’re not so close and in between. In other words, it’s wildly unlikely that you’ll run into another player looking for the glove – just as long as you go to a location far from your bus drop. Before scooping up one of these rare items, there are a couple of notes to keep in mind. These gloves work almost exactly like Spider-Man’s web-shooters where swinging and traversing came hand-in-hand. However, assuming due to licensing issues, the web-shooters have been replaced with the new Grapple Gloves to bring back that mythic magic.
They work just the same as the web-shooters, but they only last for so long. In fact, only 30 charges come with it, and you can only carry one glove at a time. It’s fair to say that this item should be used wisely; otherwise, its swinging days will soon conclude. But don’t be afraid to go nuts with superhero aerobatics. As long as you are swinging from one structure, up above the ground, you won’t receive fall damage. There is a short recharge period whenever you land, but it won’t take long. Within a few seconds, you’ll be swinging away from and into danger.
