How to Get the Hot Wheels Twin Mill in Forza Horizon 5

The Hot Wheels Twin Mill is an iconic car that made several appearances throughout the series, including in Forza Horizon 3, Forza Horizon 4, and Forza Motorsport 7. In previous games, the car was added post-launch either through a DLC or an update. But this time around, you can unlock it right off the bat — if you’re lucky enough.

There are multiple ways of unlocking the Hot Wheels Twin Mill, all of which are based on random chance. Namely, the car may appear as a reward from Seasonal Events and Festival Playlists. The Hot Wheels Twin Mill also has a chance to be featured in the Forzathon Shop. Finally, you can try your hand at Wheelspins, since they’ve been known to drop the car too.

Those are all the methods of acquiring the car through regular gameplay, but there is one more, let’s say, unofficial technique. As you may have heard already, Forza Horizon 5 shipped with a lot of glitches, like the recently discovered Goliath glitch. As it happens, there’s also a glitch for buying cars you wouldn’t normally be able to purchase.

To get started, simply go to the Cars Collection menu and scroll down until you reach the Hot Wheels section. You’ll find the Twin Mill there, but you’ll notice there’s no purchase button. Hover over the Twin Mill for a couple of seconds, then go back to the main menu. Now go to the Cars Collection again and the option to buy it should be there, albeit for the steep price of 110,000 credits. Best of all, you can get it for free if you have a voucher.

If you don’t have a voucher, check out this fast money glitch. These glitches are likely to be patched soon so take advantage of them while you still can.

That said, I definitely won’t turn down the chance to cover some juicy news involving superhero movies, Stephen King novels or space travel. Or robots. Or space-traveling superhero robots disguised as Stephen King.
