Forza Horizon 5 Showcase Events | How to Get Every Event

Forza Horizon 5 Showcase Events

Forza Horizon 5 has no shortage of cool activities you can pursue but none are more memorable than the showcase events. These special events have been part of the Forza series for some time now and feature among the craziest races you can imagine. The races are partially scripted to give them a cinematic quality. But don’t worry because you’ll still be able to enjoy them even though they’re a bit more restrictive than other challenges in Forza Horizon 5.

How to Unlock All Showcase Events in Forza Horizon 5

How to Unlock All Showcase Events in Forza Horizon 5

Forza Horizon 5 lets you participate in four different showcase events. Even more will likely be added further down the road, but this is a pretty good amount for starters. Here’s how to unlock each one:

On a Wing and a Prayer

The very first showcase event is also one of the most spectacular ones, as it has you racing against a cargo plane. Yes, you read that right. Even better, this is the only one of the four showcase events that you don’t have to unlock. Simply follow the main storyline and you will receive access to the challenge a few hours into the game.

Flood, Sweat, and Gears

In this second event, you’ll be racing against a bunch of jet skis through the jungle. To unlock Flood, Sweat, and Gears, you’ll need to open a Horizon Wilds Dirt Racing festival.

Catch Me If You Canyon

Next up you have a very intense showcase event that pits you up against a speeding train. You can unlock Catch me If You Canyon by opening a Horizon Rush PR Stunts festival.

Buggy and the Beast

Last but not least, this showcase event lets you square off against a huge monster truck. Perform well enough, and afterward you’ll be able to drive the beastly vehicle yourself. To unlock Buggy and the Beast, you’ll need to open a Horizon Baja Cross-Country festival.

I’m a classic jack-of-all-trades who loves to write about most topics, though gaming has always been my strong suit. That said, I definitely won’t turn down the chance to cover some juicy news involving superhero movies, Stephen King novels or space travel. Or robots. Or space-traveling superhero robots disguised as Stephen King.
