As you improve your Wizardry skills and increase your Galleons in Hogwarts Legacy, you’ll find yourself visiting Hogsmeade more frequently to shop for items. The majority of the time, this merchant city draws players who need to buy ingredients or seeds to make one of the game’s many potions. If that’s what you’re after, you’ll need to find the Dogweed and Deathcap shop in Hogsmeade, which can be difficult to locate. But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with its location below.
Where to Find Dogweed and Deathcap in Hogwarts Legacy
You can find Dogweed and Deathcap in Hogwarts Legacy in the northernmost part of Hogsmeade. From the city center, head north until you reach the bridge on the north side. This bridge is just right of the Brood and Peck shop and left of the watermill tucked in the far right corner. Once you cross this bridge, simply follow the path left, past the house on your left. Just past the house, take your first right, and the Dogweed and Deathcap store is right up the hill.
The easiest way to find Dogweed and Deathcap is to use the house across the river that’s left of the northernmost bridge. Directly up the hill from this house rest Dogweed and Deathcap. Despite being one of the most common stores players visit, it’s one of the only ones located outside of Hogsmeade’s central shopping area. Evidently, why many players have had trouble finding it.
The store is run by Beatrice Green. It sells most of the game’s seeds and plants that you need for crafting or potion-making. Although you can also find other useful items here like Mandrake Seeds and Venemous Tentacula Seeds. Both of which you need pretty early on in your classes. So, it pays off to find Dogweed and Deathcap early on in the game. That way you can easily find your way there later.
