Despite being a fifth-year student of witchcraft and wizardry in Hogwarts Legacy, you never seem to find your bearings in Hogwarts. To be fair, the school is a massive castle filled with secret rooms, familiar corridors, and that pesky moving staircase, which is always throwing us a curveball. That’s why we don’t blame you if you’re having trouble finding the Room of Requirement. Nonetheless, we can show you a super simple way to find its whereabouts, so keep reading to find out.
Where to Find the Room of Requirement
You’ll unlock the Room of Requirement in Hogwarts Legacy during the “Tomes and Tribulations” mission. This occurs fairly early in the game; Professor Weasley will show you the location of the room as well as give you a tour. While this is all wonderful, remembering how to get back to this room is what have so many of us puzzled. As we said, Hogwarts isn’t exactly easy to navigate.
You can find the Room of Requirement on the seventh floor of the Astronomy Tower. However, that most likely still has some of us running in circles. That’s why the easiest way to find the Room of Requirement is to fast travel to it. You can do that by opening your map screen, selecting the Floo Flame locations for Hogwarts, scrolling down to “Secret Rooms”, and selecting the Room of Requirement to fast travel too.
This way you can easily fast-track to the room if you need to brew some potions, tend to your plants, or tame some mythical beasts. Another method to access the Room of Requirement is by locating the sun-looking icon that sort of hovers over Hogwarts. This icon takes you directly to the “Secret Rooms” section on the Hogwarts Floo Flame list. Saving you the time and trouble of aimlessly running through Hogwarts hallways, hoping you stumble across it.
